You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with labels.
Please register your return in advance via pretty@somethingpretty.nl. Upon approval, you will receive the return instructions and shipping label. Returns without prior registration will not be accepted. Always send your return with track & trace.
Upon receipt and inspection, if approved, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 business days via the original payment method.
