Je kunt je bestelling binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst retourneren. Het artikel moet ongebruikt, ongedragen en in de originele verpakking met labels worden teruggestuurd.
Meld je retour vooraf aan via pretty@somethingpretty.nl. Na goedkeuring ontvang je de retourinstructies en het verzendlabel. Retouren zonder voorafgaande aanmelding worden niet geaccepteerd. Verstuur je retour altijd met track & trace.
Na ontvangst en controle betalen we het aankoopbedrag bij goedkeuring binnen 10 werkdagen terug via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.
