Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you physically receive the product.

How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can inform us via an unambiguous statement (by email) at the following address: info@somethingpretty.nl

You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Returns

After withdrawal, you must return the product to us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your notification. The costs for returning the product are at your expense.

Refund

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you used to pay.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been custom-made or personalized specifically for you.
